1812 Blockhouse: Mansfield's three-dispensary limit and a second store on the west side

1812 Blockhouse reported that signage was up at the King City Gardens site on West Fourth Street by March 2026, a sign the Mansfield dispensary was moving toward opening.

The outlet explained that Mansfield allows three licensed dispensaries. The first opened on Lexington Avenue on April 19, 2025, and The Garden would follow as the second, and as the west side's first.

Citing city figures, Blockhouse put the first shop's local tax revenue at roughly 25,000 dollars in an average month. King City Gardens was still working through approvals and had set no opening date.
