MedicateOhio: Forest Park Kmart grow and the open-floor Garden in Camp Washington

MedicateOhio writer Gabrielle Dion opened her story with the OmniPlex building in Forest Park, once a Kmart and a laser tag arena, now home to King City Gardens' cultivation and processing.

Self-order screens lined up across an open sales floor, the service counter at the far end — Drawn for The Crown Ledger

She then followed the product to Camp Washington. There is no holding room: shoppers step onto the floor, use the kiosks, and find staff trained through Seed Talent all around them.

Her shelf check found two house lines, G Brand flower and Pack 24, a collaboration with ex-NFL player Adam "Pacman" Jones, with flower selling best in the early weeks. She also noted the ownership group includes partners who launched Cincinnati's Have a Heart dispensary.
